INSTRUCTIONS:

1. PLEASE:  Type or print legibly.
2. This registration form follows the areas, division, and categories as outlined in the AACS National Competition and WVCEA Competition Manuals and follows the same order as the manuals.
3. Please complete the registration roster listing all participants in their respective categories.  Space is allotted for you to fill in up to three entries in each category for Elementary individual categories.  Please make sure each student in a group is listed on a separate line since fees are based on individual names.  Large groups (Choral Groups, Choir, and Orchestra/Band) should be listed on a separate page.
4. NOTE:  The rules governing the Elementary Festival will come directly from the AACS National Competition Manual, unless modifications are authorized by WVCEA for the state Festival only.

5. FESTIVAL FEES:        Individual – $6.50 for the first category entry of each area entered; then $3.50 for the second category entry of that area with a $10.00 cap for each area.  An “area” is Academics or Bible or Music or Speech or Art.
   Example: A student takes 3 Academic tests; sings in Youth Choir, Choral Group and Male Vocal Solo categories and enters Monochromatic Drawing.  His bill is $26.50 ($10 for Academics, $10 for Music and $6.50 for Art).

6. Category Limits:  In the Individual categories, a school may enter 3 participants on the Elementary level.  This rule applies unless there is a specific limit for a category.

    

DIVISION 1:  BIBLE QUIZZING (List all names, including alternates; only one team is allowed, with      a total of 7 participants for each match; more subs are allowed, but only 7 participants can be used in any given match.  This team is composed of any combination of Junior High and Elementary students.)Only enter a JH/EL Bible Quiz once: either in the Junior High or Elementary registration.
